Jordan is a sixth-generation farmer from south central Nebraska where he farms with his dad, Mike. Together they custom farm, have a small beef herd, and raise mainly corn and soybeans. On occasion they will also grow rye, and grain sorghum. They have been no-till for the last 25 years. Jordan graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy. He has been back on the family farm since 2013.
Sean E. Brotherson, PhD, is a Professor and Extension Family Life Specialist with North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND. He earned his an MS in family science from Brigham Young University and a PhD in human development and family studies at Oregon State University. He has worked at North Dakota State University since 1998. He has conducted research and developed educational resources and programs on marriage, parenting, rural stress, grief and bereavement, and other family-related topics.
Vance McCoy is a diversified producer from Southwest Nebraska growing Corn, Soybeans, Wheat, and cover crop seed on irrigated and non-irrigated land. He is also the owner of Triple Creek Cover Crops.

Bees) founder Jorge Garibay works with regenerative farmers and homesteading families in the Midwest because he knows that they will be the stewards of honeybees in the future. He believes that bees are not dying off in this country, nor in the rest of the world, but they are running out of habitat.

Michael Vittetoe is a 3rd generation farmer from Washington, IA. Michael farms with his father, Denny, and his sister, Anne. The Vittetoe’s raise corn, soybeans, cereal rye for row crops, as well as pasture finished beef, pastured laying hens, and confinement pork.
Lance Gunderson is a founding member and the President of Regen Ag Lab. As a well-known promoter of soil health testing, Lance carries his passion for soil health testing into Regen Ag Lab. Lance is excited to continue to establish and promote newly developed agronomic tests designed to aid producers managing their operations under the regenerative ag model.
Danielle “Dani” Kusner teaches about the soil and human microbiomes at Deep Soil LLC, empowering farmers and consumers to make choices that heal the soil and their bodies.
Dani is a Certified Crop Advisor and agronomist, and she expanded her expertise into human health as a Certified Terrain Advocate through The Metabolic Terrain Institute of Health. Born in and currently residing in the Midwest, she has experience working with urban agriculture, Community Supported Agriculture (CSAs), certified organic production and regenerative agriculture systems.
